The Buffalo Dairy

The Buffalo Dairy is a small company based on a small family farm in Mid Wales. We keep a small herd of Water Buffalo and are main agents in Wales for Wessex Trailers and Premier Livestock Handling Equipment.

We chose to represent both these companies as they produce the highest quality products in their field. Wessex Trailers are hand built trailers, robustly constructed and typically hot dip galvanised in Dorset. They stand up to years of hard use. Premier Livestock Handling equipment are based in Scotland from where they produce probably the highest quality, robust, flexible cattle crate available in the UK. Clearly we had our buffalo in mind when we decided to use these products ourselves!

On the farm, we keep our buffalo pastorally and will be producing the finest dairy produce from them in time. We aim to increase our numbers using the finest Italian genetics.

On the menu to the left you can see our pastoral farming system, our products which we will be rolling out over the next year or so, our buffalo and our involvement in the new Pastoral certification system being introduced throughout Europe - "Under Open Skies".
